New signatures don't show up on the Probe Scanner if you ignore existing ones

I haven't run into this before; it seems to have started happening on 8/14. My friends and I were in our wormhole running sites. There were 4 signatures when we started and I ignored all of those. One of my friends noticed a new signature and asked about it, but when I checked my Probe Scanner tab it showed no result, and the text at the bottom showed 4 ignored. When I clicked "show", all 5 signatures appeared. The same thing happened about 6 hours later, so it's definitely a bug that can be replicated.
