Having some horrid login probs on SiSi. I'm getting the following error message on the launcher after inputting my pw:

Sorry, but an error occured while processing your request.

Error code: 918A932E-8598-458C-A030-2A70D92E1E33

And that's as far as I can go with it. Any ideas please? Ugh

P.S The error code changes every time I try. Like the dude below...

error, tried to login smthng like 10 times - err. code changes every time.

hi,

im trying to login on singularity and it keeps telling me my username/ password is invaild.

i have posted in the reactivation forum but had no joys

can someone help me please

3 Questions (Since your toon is obviously older than the last mirror)

1. What was your account active/paid up as of June 10th, 2013?

2. Did you try your old passwords?

3. Was your toon purchased? If so is your physical account older than June 10th, 2013.

If you account was inactive before/on June10th Post in the reactivation thread (The Sticky thread)

If you didn't try old passwords... looks like you have work. If you forgot your old passwords/password in general. Post in the password change thread.

If your toon was purchased and your physical account was non-existant before/on June 10th... Good luck, see you next mirror.

hi,

the account wasnt online on the 10th june 2013, like i said ive tried the account reactivation forum with no luck,

its possible its an old password but if it is then i dont remember it.
