Best way to increase Caldari faction standings fastest?

I'm looking to increase Caldari Faction standings in order to reduce broker fees.
However, on this pilot, I do not have mission running skills. What other ways can I accomplish this?
Thanks, I wouldn't mind spending ISK on this.
Ideas would be great!

Run the career agents for all three of the starting Amarr corps, run the career agents for all of the starting Caldari corps (that's 6 missions each for 6 sets of agents). Do the data centres for Amarr and Caldari, that's tags for standing. (Do Amarr first)

Do the sisters of eve arc (minimal combat skills necessary), align with Caldari at the end. Get someone (or an alt) to help out with the couple of harder ones if necessary.

Faction standings can't be shared, so you can't pay someone else to grind for you.

COSMOS missions. Either use an alt to do the shooting bits, or just do the pure turn-in missions.

If your pilot is trade oriented, distribution missions may help as while you will die of pure excitement and exhilaration while doing these, they do allow decent grinding of standing for the time spent without combat skills. You just need a decent hauler and hauling skills that as a trader you would have presumably a need for those skills anyway.

Avoid L4 agents near low sec as it will invariably send you hauling there. Also, the occasional storyline agent will give you a security mission, not sure if that changed or not in recent patches. If you get the security mission that is way too hard for your skill level, skip it if you must, or have a buddy do it for you.

From my experience, L3 grinding is more than sufficient as you can get a storyline fairly quickly.

This not an isk maker but it does the standing thing, at least it worked for me.

This is by far the fastest way to get standings up, it does need some combat and gathering of random junk though.
You should start with the career agents as mentioned, and check the repair plan.

Most of the COSMOS missions can only be completed once in a character's lifetime. Think carefully before you burn your one-time-only shot at those. They will really help your faction standings, but you can only perform that trick once.

If your goal is to reduce Broker fee's, then you should train some Trade skills, such as :

Broker Relations

Accounting

I could be wrong but to the best of my knowledge, Broker's fee's are not affected by having high Faction standings. If so, then that's something I've overlooked all these years.

However, NPC Corporations will stop taxing your refinery use entirely at +6.67 Modified Standing. That applies only to the Corporation, not Faction standing.

DMC

EDIT :

If you're really set on quickly increasing Faction standings, then run the Event Agents listed in 'The Plan'.

Broker fees are affected by both faction and corp standings, if im not mistaken faction is even the bigger contributor.
Taxes arent affected by standings, just the accounting skill. The refining part is only corporation standings.

YOu have it the wrong way around. Corp standing is FAR more important than Faction standing to reduce cost per trade. However Faction is not insignificant.

Erm.... You're reading that graph wrong. But multivariate graphs aren't always the easiest to read.

Start from 0,0.
Notice that moving up, it takes 4 points of standing to change colors, while moving right it only takes one and a half?
Left-Right is Faction standing, Up-Down is Corp standing.

Or look at the endpoints.
0 Faction, 10 Corp is in the .55-.7 color tier
10 Faction, 0 Corp is in the .25-.4 color tier

This is also clearly visible in the equation used to generate the graph:
=(1-.05*BrokerRel)/(2^(.14*Faction + .06*Corp))
