Sleipnir
Machariel
Maelstrom

I'm not sure which path to go atm. Time is not an issue. I have been thinking about sleipnir more and more however. Other skills I could use in navigation, drones, gunnery, or missile skill, advice would be nice as well.

Rather than a maelstrom I'd say in the immediate you should set your sights rounding out skills for a hurricane and tornado. After that you should be able to get into a mael easily followed by some gallente crosstrain for the mach, or leadership skills for the sleipnir.

Alternatively after the mael you could just cross to caldari for the tengu. This gives you the best PVE ship and the chance to work on missile skills along with many other supports.

The skill requirements for the tornado aren't out yet are they?

should be, pretty much, BC3.

But it's not going to be much of a PvE ship, if that's what you want. No tank.

I have until sunday to put a plan in stone. Looking to get into level 4 missions sooner than later so I might go maelstrom route.

For my 2 bits worth. I do Lvl4 missions in my maelstrom for a long time now fitting really simple: DC and tracking enhancers/gyros in the lows, two shield hardeners, one booster and a pile of boost amps in the mids and arties or acs depending on mission. fit to current routers and an EM screen for rigs and you've got a mission boat that can handle just about any lvl 4 with a bit of care. Dread pirate scarlet, AE and blockade can be a challenge but very doable solo with that fit. It's crude but it's got a tank that can rival a vargur and adiquate DPS. I've been meaning to get my sleip for a long time but just get drstracted by the shiny all the time.

Edit: just looked at your char sheet. I'd say get yourself able to run medium T2 drones, top up your gunnery support skills and your nav skills to 4. for missioning maxing you social skills is well worth the investment in time. aim for max lp first, max pay second, standing gain third. I like ot have some trade skills for selling the loot, nice to have but not needed. IMO there's no reason for a skill at lvl 1 the benefits are too great to not take it to lvl 2 when you inject it. (exceptions are some of the higher ship skills IE maurauders and carriers)

If a skills worth training train it to lvl4, all those gunnery support skills can all go to 4 minimum, some of the 6 day ones to lvl 5. try and get t2 large a/c's before even stepping into a mach, drone supports to lvl 4 cept durability which can stay at 3 for a bit.

Edit: also navigation 5 asap and navigation suports to 4

Minnie BS5 is a ***** but its important to have maybe after everything is around lvl 4/5 for your supports
