It depends on the order in the queue ... at the moment we have over 90 orders, so I'd say about 10-15 days (probably less) Blink

The link says BPO doesnt exist. Is the price negotiable or its the final? and What is the PE?

Copy and paste the link, the eve forum add a piece of url and it does not work properly.
We can research BPOs at levels you need: higher level = higher price.
For Scourge Cruise Missile Blueprint BPO every ME level of research costs 64,453 isk and every PE level costs 43,003 isk.

Even after copy&paste it still doesnt show anything. As I'm going to all MAX PE&ME, can u do some % discount? That's really a bit expensive. Can u do calculatons and post here, how much is it going to be.

P.S. If i'll get some success for sure I'll come back to u again.

Ok. I have done a little bit research.
So. Can u please prepare 1xScourge Cruise Missile BPO with 60PE and 60ME. That's fair enough for me). U can set to me a contract as soon as it will be ready.
