Decent hair, makeup not overused, overall rather nice.
Lose points for large bosom and zoomed-out camera making said bosom the centre of attention.

I like the picture, but I think the eyes are a bit off about the direction that they're looking at, however, the pose and smile really works nicely together. But the background on the lower right is a bit to dark making the hair and details disappear a bit.
