I requested account reactivation and that was listed as being done. However, I still can't get into SiSi. I had to do a petition to recover my accounts when I came back to eve about a month ago, so my passwords for SiSi are gone. I believe it still has my old PWs that I lost from before the account recovery. I sent Habakuk an in-game mail on the live server requesting a PW update, but nothing's been done on it. I'm guessing the "mail me for PW updates" was to be sent on SiSi, which I can't get into to send said mail.

How do I get my PW's updated for 4 accounts? Any info on this would be a great help, thx.

Perhaps you just have to wait for him to get to it? I'm sure he does them in a batch, not individually when he gets a mail.

With the increase in shiptoasting, the Report timer needs to be shortened.

It was quite a while ago when I sent the mails. thanks for the input, but I need actual info.
