Found out my child is going to be a little girl.
Hit -10 through high sec shenanigans
Caused a bil in damages to celebrate.
Even killed a reti that dropped a 180m mining upgrade.

Been a damn good day.

Don.

Will you name your child after a spaceship? Congratulations.

Call her Falcon.

And may your first child be a masculine child.

Dude, name it Drake.

There's nothing worse than an EVE player, generally considered to be top of the food chain in the MMO world, that cannot smacktalk with wit and coherency.

Congratulations on the baby.

It's good knowing that behind that mask of being a heartless piece of cow dung, dormantly lies a family man.

The character does not represent the views/opinions of its Corporation or Alliance.

I started writing a snarky reply about heartless fathers, but then I started thinking about all the spoiled cancers on society caused by overly indulgent fathers. Now I'm all confused; thanks a lot.

Congrats!

Please don't let the -10 blur your mind. Deep down you know she won't want to be named "Catalyst".

Also, what is it with C&P posters getting married and/or having babies lately?

I think there needs to be a 50/50 between beating your children and showering them in ludicrous amounts of cash... Lol

On a serious note, congratulations on the good news Cool

A good friend in corp suggested her own characters name and I think I like it.

Piper Elizabeth _____

Gotta leave that last part out :D

Thanks for all the support.
I think the wife would beat me if I even suggested Catalyst or Drake... or where I got Piper from Lol

I'm looking forward to spamming my mother with photos of her with the snakes.

I am just here to snuggle and do spy stuff.

C&P if filled with all the people who play how they really want too. We are who we are and we are either loved or hated for it.
My wife loves me very much but does seem to get angry when she complains about being pregnant and all that, I always respond "not my fault" .. almost lost a monitor that way...

May I suggest Bhaalgorn as a first name?

For maximum benefit to the child in middle and high school, her name should be "Large Collidable Object."

Don, I've had 3 kids, and nothing my wife and I ever did together could have resulted in what I was forced to witness when they were born. So stick to your guns about it not being your fault. Also, certain people will try to convince you that the man has some sort of vital role to play in the delivery room. Those people are called liars. What has been seen can't be unseen.

Congrats on the baby, the disreputable security status... but mostly the baby.

Another vote for Large Collidable Object. Nearly snorted Pepsi all over my work laptop reading that.

But on a more serious note, my favorite fiction-inspired names for a daughter both come from the Wheel of Time series of books, Mierin and Cyndane. (Both actually refer to the same character, at very different points in her character development).

I support the New Order and CODE. alliance. www.minerbumping.com

I am surprised the wife didn't suggest these names, Wheel of Time is one of the few fantasy series she had read and enjoyed. More of a Terry Brooks fan myself. ALSO,... large collidable object is... oh god no. She did see the Piper toon yesterday and start yelling at me Lol
