winter 2013 expansion

Been looking around on forums and wondering if there is any predictions or plans released for the winter 2013 expansion.

My guess is more dust integrations but anyone have any links to talks or info for the next expansion maybe from fanfest or just generally from the devs. I read most of the dev blogs so I guess it's kept rather secret until closer to release?

I forget who, Soundwave, Fozzie, or Navigator said on the ATXI stream that details would start at gamescom, which starts on the 21st.

Hopefully by then it wont be just a 19 hour cooldown when at level 5. instead perhaps 5-9 hour cooldown at level 5 for jumpclone CD timers.

If you've never tried PvP in EvE it's quite possible you've missed out on one of the greatest rushes available in modern gaming.

You will most likely get nothing in the winter expansion 2013.. All the sweet stuff we where promised was too hard for CCP to code so maybe just a few back end fixes

Pretty sure I saw or heard somewhere they are announcing the Winter expansion at Gamescom. Which is at the end of the month 21-25th.

usually "Soon™" from CCP is at least 3 years so so winter expansion of 2013 should be out in October 2016

It should have a lot more balancing, maybe a new skill or 2, It might have a new ship or 2.

Knowing CCP, a major feature will be overhauled and/or patched up. From what I'm hearing in the grapevine, nullsec industry will be "balanced."

Nothing like the expansions of the past, but "expansions" that we've been getting lately.

Sorry CCP, but as a gamer I've grown accustomed to expansions. Sadly, you guys have been releasing over-glorified patches the past few years.

- POS overhaul
- changes to tech II ships that don't make it into Odyssey 1.1
- changes to capitals
- sov mechanic change
- polishing pas to recently changed ships
- lots of graphics and UI changes nobody asked for

I hope you introduce more tools for us to innovate more play styles, because fixing and balancing what is broken can't be introduced as an expansion. I know you have long to-do list but please I hope you surprise us this time with new features.

Lady Areola Fappington:  Solo PVP isn't dead!  You just need to make sure you have your booster, remote rep, cyno, and emergency Falcon alts logged in and ready before you do any solo PVPing.
