The VERY Persistent FPS Stutter

So, I bought this bangin' new laptop (Lenovo y510p) and it runs EVE very nice (like 120 - 220 FPS ranges)
EXCEPT for this incredibly annoying stutter that happens every 20 seconds or so while EVE is processing a command I give to my ship etc.

For instance, when initiating warp, my FPS will drop and basically freeze the game (10 FPS and below from what I can see)
This is very annoying and makes the game unplayable

I'm currently running it non-SLI, Interval Immediate, AND with only 1 CPU Core active and it still is having the same problem.

This happens to me too, I should only get a persistent 30 FPS, but mine drops to 0.5 - 8 FPS for extended periods of time rendering my game unplayable. The issue occurs completely at random docked or in space, and doesn't go away until the client decides it is ready to remove the lag. Tested network, CPU and Ram usage, and everything is working fine. The client was running relatively fine until the last patch.

Try switching to Interval 1. It'll drop your framerate to a maximum of 60 and allow your GPU to not render 3 frames for each one that makes it to your 60 Hz panel. Might free up enough resources to smooth out the rough patches.

This. Also, if you have "resource cache enabled" checked as active, try un-checking it.
