I would absolutely expect a daughter of the Kingdom to understand, since the Khanid Kingdom was driven outside of the Empire because of just such a lack of proper outlet.

It's funny, really. Somewhat counterintuitively, Diana Kim has actually increased my respect for the Caldari State.

Mostly by acting as an excellent counterexample to every single one of the values it holds dear.
