Well are there any type of FW missions or plexes in high sec or everything is located in low sec?

I read so far, just low sec, but asking to make sure.

You cannot farm FW with Concord protection. That's a shame, right? Back to lvl4's.

There are hisec agents who will offer you missions, but the missions themselves are all located in the war zone, in losec, generally deep into the other side's territory.
