Hi, I just started a wormhole corp; I'm based out of a C2 with C3/HS statics.

Requirements:
•A Full API Key
•EU or US Timezone
•Astrometrics 3
•Cloaking 1
•Ability to fly a T3 Cruiser, or a well-skilled RR Dominix or RR Armageddon
•The ability and willingness to use TS3 voicechat.
•Be an easy-going dude(tte), I want to recruit people I like playing with.
•Enjoy PvP, which is an inevitability in W-Space.
•Be able to solo or duo C3 sites; this will most likely require a T3 (a Tengu is by far the best option), though there are some niche ships like Nightmares and Marauders that can also solo them. We're also starting to use RR droneboats to run in pairs or trios with.
•Speak enough English to communicate effectively in written and spoken form; non-Americans very welcome, I like being able to tell people apart easily on mumble.
•Have a basic degree of combat competency.
•Not knowing how to probe is ok, but you have to be willing to learn. You'll hate W-Space if you don't know how to probe.
•18+, I feel weird playing with kids. EVE players seem to skew Old but I'm throwing this in here anyway
•Selling your loot & salvage to the corp for 90% of the Jita buy price is mandatory; we make it very easy, and it pays for the *12 people per passworded POS* setup we have that goes a long way towards preventing corp thefts.

What I offer:
•Know-How: I've lived in a few wormholes (ranging from a C2 to C5s) and generally know what I'm doing.
•A fat Corp wallet: This corporation is never going to run into isk troubles and have trouble purchasing a new POS.
•A loot/PI/gas purchasing program: I'll buy any loot, gas, and PI (P2s and up only) for 90% of the Jita buy price when you place it in a named can in a specially designated Exports division in the corporate hangar array.
•Untaxed PI - this system has 2 lava planets and 5 barrens, along with some gas/oceanic/temperate ones. Yields are equivalent to un-rushed -1.0 truesec systems.

What I don't offer:
•Personal POSes, or any sort of multi-corp setup in one hole
•Any Industrial capabilties
