Don't matter the race.... Looking for a focused JF pilot where possible.....dont mind some indy or science skills, but the more focused the JF pilot the better. I have a 6 bil budget to work with.

Only requirements are:
Arrow JDC IV (minimum)
Arrow Racial freighter skills IV (minimum)
Arrow NO wasted PVP skills
