Can't report a bug in game. No website to report a bug. Nobody reviewing bugs reported. So WTF!?

Don't think you can.

Alternatively:

1: Move to personal hanger
2: Split stacks as desired
3: Create corp contract for each stack

It's fixed! Shocked

Evidently the server error that was causing the trouble was dealt with and now you can split stacks using the Contract menu like before.
