Good.

Now when I mine some ice for my carrier in null it's worth of my time spent watching local, spamming DS, back station grab the combat ship to kill groups of BS rats, back to belt etc to spend an hour or two and just get enough isotopes for 5/6 jumps.

CCP buff null sec high level ice types, c'mon 350 isotopes per block when refining in null no matter how strong refining skills you have wastage is far to big. It's still more profitable to do it in high sec by a long shot, interdiction or not.
