A year ago I had one of those 21 day buddy accounts. Someone was kind enough to give me some isk and a ship or two. I started this account (paid) because I wanted to do the tutorial again, plus take advantage of the special offer for the implant.

I was wondering if there is any possible way to retrieve to isk and ships from my long expired buddy account?

not without a PLEX, GTC, or $20.

One of the bitter points of a good bittervet is the realisation that all those SP don't really do much, and that the newbie is having much more fun with what little he has. - Tippia

Right. You have to activate (pay for) the old account to access the old character.

Is the $20 for the character transfer I assume? Could that be used if the account is inactive? Is there any way I could see what I even had on the character before I do that?

Thanks for the help.

the $20 is the account activation cost, if you pay with a CC. (14.95 for the sub, plus a 1-time $5 activation fee).

I had a seperate account issue which was resolved by the GM's. They also transfered my character to this account. I know how to send isk, but how can I send the ships and items to this character?

Thanks again!
