So I was doing some rogue drone complexes, and at one point in local, I got this:

a quick analysis of it suggests that it can be split into 4 groups of integers, all with the value 16974600, if we split it up into bytes, we get 1, 3, 3, and 8 repeated 4 times, using a quick alphabet cipher we get acchacchacchacch,

Breaking it into opcodes doesn't go anywhere either (not that you can do much in 32 bytes ^^):
add [ebx],eax
add ecx,[eax]
...x4

the best I can come up with is a caesar cipher with a rotation of 12, in which case it reads mootmootmootmoot ^^

other than that, is there any significance to this or is it just a bunch of random binary?

Some of the binary that drones post in local is translatable to text messages using the binary to text translators you can find via search engines. I got curious about it one day myself and did a bit of research, got a messages similar to what other npc's say when your fighting them. What you posted however doesn't appear to make sense.
