TLDR: Turn back now, it's uncollaterized.

I need 1.8b ISK for something important. Slots of 100m minimum, post here before sending ISK so I can make sure I can fill the rest before getting ISK.

Monthly: 10%
3 month duration.

I don't know if you want scam or not.

If you want help, tell us how you will make money build a corp with selling shares ect...
