He is in a crappy pirate corp and hopes to be war dec'ed. Just looking for some cheap High Sec kills without having to lay down the ISK to war dec himself.

I'd say he is very good at manipulating the weaknesses of others. If there were not so many greedy/easily bought feckers playing EvE I'd imagine he would have a tougher time of it.

Fair play to him (and his cohorts) though he knows how to play the game.

On a completely unrelated note - does anyone else get the impression that Gevlon Goblin is becoming increasingly unhappy with TEST? I also wonder what good ole Horus is up to. And Prencleeve Grothsmore seems to be applying literally everywhere - I saw an app of his on the STIMULUS forums a few days ago.
