This is an extremely rare special issue ship, only ~90 are in game. They were given to the competitors in the Fanfest 2013 tournament and members of the SCL staff. Past sales have run between 20b and 30b, none have been sold to my knowledge since early July, and the only two on the market in game are 21, and 30b respectively.

I will start bidding at 15b. Will leave this up for a few days, ideally would like to close by the weekend assuming I get a reasonable offer. It is located in Jita 4-4.
