So, I'm thinking of ganking miners....

If you don't mind the extra dosh get a 3% small hybrid and 3% rof/surgical strike implant

Costs about ~40mill and adds some good dps

Yeah I use these. The 3% small hybrid was only 2m IIRC (it drops in missions a lot), the 3% surgical strike was 20m.

As for magstabs, IIRC meta 4 ones are harder to fit than tech 2, cost a similar amount and offer almost the same bonuses. Meta 3 are much harder to fit and cost next to nothing, but likely force you into ion or electron blasters. (Note this is very different from most meta ==> tech 2 progressions, where normally t2 are harder to fit and more effective.

Luckly for me, a small hybrid is free. Lucky mission drops. ^_^

Go after him again and let him know he has not paid his fee's to James315.
The first gank they can handle pretty well, when you get them and their pod for the 3rd time is when it gets good. Twisted

New ganker, awesome! Eventually you can solo gank Exhumers. If you're serious enough you can get into the 750s dps range with a cata, +5 implants and max skills (SS V, ect).

If your scout alt (if you have one) can also salvage, you can even make a decent amount from the salvage/loot over time while you get them tears.

That will take some time lol, and thanks for the info, I did manage to get all the salvage last time.but that was on my own account, it doesn't seem to be a very busy system.

I love the 20M ISK KR - clearly, to get anyone to exercise those KRs, you're going to need to grow a suitably large bounty. I sugest gankin like a maniac for a bit, maybe hit the same miner many times in a short period...

When mercenaries start following you around to exercise KRs on you, you know you're doing ti right. Pirate
