Everyone in the Gallente/Caldari FW zones (and the only good FW zone) appear to be Gallente Blaster fliers. What am I supposed to do?

What about all the Condors, Hookbills, Kestrels, Hawks, ... Did you conveniently forget all of those for the purpose of your rant thread? Also, I've never had problems warping into a blaster fit and still pulling range. Learn how to play decently.

Rocket fitted brawlers can easily take on all blaster / AC brawlers, really. You are asking how? Here it goes, fit your mediums with:

1. Afterburner
2. Scram
3. Web
4. Tracking Disruptor with Range Disruption script
(In case of Hookbill: 5. Shield Extender or another Web or Tracking Disruptor as you prefer)

Tactics:
Warp in, get scram, web, td, slowboat to 7 km range. Blasters will not hit you at this range at all. AC will do very low damage if at all. Only critical phase is to get into this range. So if you are Hookbill you either go for shield buffer or you can also consider putting a plate into the low to have enough buffer.

In fact rocket hookbills are the best brawlers in game since with dual web they can always control range.

this is awesome advice +1

however i am afraid that it will be ignored because hookbill costs more than a condor.

So are you really a troll OP or do you just come running to the forums every time you try something and fail the first time. I'm starting to notice a pattern in your posts that goes something like this:

1) Have a single failure or two.
2) Blame Eve mechanics.
3) Post whine thread.
4) Have a success.
5) Post about success, letting everyone know you feel better now.

You've done that for rockets, Ravens, and now FW plexes.

Why don't you do everyone a favor and work on a problem for a week before coming to the forums to rant about how broken the game is. It's really getting old.

It will be ignored because OP has already discovered that rockets are literally the worst weapon system in the game, and he should know. How many worthless pages of forum posts from this guy do we need to wade through before people just start ignoring him?

what do you know Princess Bride (blatant alt charcter http://eve-kill.net/?a=pilot_detail&plt_id=732703)?

Have you ever tried for hours to get a kill but got nothing but death after death, watching your ISK drain away slowly as your blood pressure gets higher and higher. Because you just want to succeed once. Only ever winning against new players who are like you and having no hope against everyone else. And then when ever I say anything being slapped down with words like "welcome to eve" "train your skills and pick your fights".

And then coming onto the forums and getting a post from people like you. People who claim to have killed cruisers in a frigate (http://eve-kill.net/?a=kill_detail&kll_id=19086017) people who just say joing RvB. People who tell me to improve my attitude. You don't make this game fun.

No I don't think so.

Your probadly some null corp leader using this alt to post and leads so many battlefleets in a pirate battleship that you can't even remember the day that you solo pvp'd in a frigate. And all you can do is beat me down and call me a troll.

I'm still surprised at the amount of people who don't know that an overheated MWD can usually take you from the beacon out to 10km faster than most frigates can lock in most cases.

If it's another frigate this is not true. I do this on the regular, and 95% of the time you aren't getting out of scram / web range because of the sig bloom from your MWD. You will pull enough distance to be out of small blaster range for a few seconds, and that will save your nuts.

However cruiser up, you're good if you aren't blapped and they aren't sebo'd.

EDIT: If you have your own web you MIGHT get out of range, still unlikely. Don't take the risk in a kite ship. Fight on your terms, not theirs. Positioning in this game is HUGE, as it is in real life.

Not trying to troll, but how many pages into your KB do I have to search for evidence to back this up? Because I'm on page 10 (dating back to mid-April) and I don't see any 1v1 frig kills. Lots of cruisers blapping frigs, but that wouldn't be possible in a Novice plex, so....

LOL I am fairly confident in my pvp abilities, but I still make mistakes all the time!! Though I will admit I know better to go up against a RML caracal in anything frigatey (a word?).

I would make some comment about fixing your attitude, but that might make the game less fun for you. Personally though I think your attitude is what is making this game less fun.

Even more rarely will you make Santo Trafficante very happy when you warp to a gate and see his smartbombing Panther decloak as you land. It will happen though, and you will lose a 3.2 billion ISK pod.

Yes - we all have.

Why are you not flying in a group? Find some people to fly with.
Solo in an MMO is not a great idea at 1st.

Only other things I can recommend is:
Train those skills, pick your fights and improve your attitude. Big smile

Have you thought of trying RvB?
BTW - Welcome to eve.
