still those stories of those individuals are missing... they are not told... honestly I made a better story out of my cynokills alone Lol thats what I'm saying here... there is something missing about those big fleets in EvE, personality, at least nobody sees it... I think people just lack the courage to tell the story, because of all the dull comments they would get... thats bad

Why do you have the feeling you need to get known with internet e-peens and showoffs to have the feeling you have accomplish something worth of any attention?
The best players I know atm don't even post on GD or F&I for what its worth or probably with an alt, they're not searching whoever attention for what is worth of pixels or their admiration.

by the way, they do not even have to tell the stories on their own, but if they would have been so great somebody else would have done it... it feels more like just good players, when you say it, but people are always more interested in the personalities not in how good they are... we are human, not robots searching for perfection...

it feels like all are searching for attention, with showing how much they killed, but not showing some story content and meaning behind it... thats what I'm talking about here...

That's the reason why I tell you go ahead, keep doing your stuff and whatever you like in Eve, at some point you'll meet players and have a real discussion with about everything and nothing at all, you'll then realize you might have hated or like the wrong ones for unexplainable reasons, or not understood someone point but whatever you'll be making your own story, your own experience.

The god part of whatever story in Eve is not when you read stuff because you can't understand a lot of factors, but when you are part of that unique moment.
Many times its not a wall of text but a couple lines, enough for you to let your imagination get the rest of the story, that's the best part of those stories but still not as good as you can get by creating your own or be part of some.

just yesterday a noctis was burning because of my torpedos, sure you got the reports on your intel channels Cool

noctises are generally our newbies earning their first spacebucks by salvaging in a noctis they got given by someone

you probably gave one of our newbies a valuble lesson in what local is, and then someone else gave him a new noctis

one of my ideas for economic terrorism got a devblog on its terrifying impact and got mentioned in a news story

aryth's economic terrorism got a splash screen and a devblog and also got a news story on it

the antics of aryth and mynnna and a few other goons rigged the faction war of thousands of people that couldn't figure out what the **** was going on as they valiantly struggled while goons kept simply resetting all progress to the optimal level for their personal profit and completely broke one of ccp's signature patch features (pity how that one turned out)

aryth and i's work basically singlehandedly caused one perticular pi product to still be like a fourth of it's build cost nearly years after tyrannis while making us and goons trillions of isk

adanthar pmchem and i magicked three outposts out of nowhere

all these stories are known to the people who matter and i'm just going off the ones that i was involved in. you just don't matter and are a dumb forumwarring pubbie who dreams that if he just posts a little more maybe someday someone will care

Cyno kills are merely a proof of concept:

Well, they're proof, but not that your concept is sound.

What you've actually managed to prove is that your kind of, what asinine name did you give it? Asymetrical warfare, wasn't it?

You managed to prove that all you can accomplish with it is kill cyno frigates. You proved that for all your 20+ pages of bluster, that you have no teeth, and any impact you think you have is laughable to the people you claim to be hurting so badly.

An ant can carry a grain of sand and think that he is mighty. But the bulldozer doesn't care.

Oh, and here's one for all your **** talking. The wind can howl as loud as it pleases, but it cannot knock the mountain down.

"Verily, I have often laughed at the weaklings who thought themselves good because they had no claws."

One of ours, ten of theirs.

Best Meltdown Ever.

really the cold terrifying reality that pubbies shield themselves from is that goonswarm isn't a mindless blob, we are shockingly good at empowering each and every one of our members to ruin your day in whatever way they most enjoy, and a lot of our terrifying effectiveness comes from good ideas percolating up from random members and being adopted rather than the ideas coming top-down

the wretched higsec pubbie who wants to try to ~ruin our day~ spends months learning how to pop a cyno frig. the manly goonswarm newbie quickly learns how best to actually ruin the days of hostiles. why, i have been learning the past few days how to gank test ratters in delve and i've quickly learned how to do far more damage than harry "i managed to kill an ibis once" forever has done in two months just suppressing ratting in my new home system

a guy wants to gank freighters in empire, we have an entire group of people who love to do it and quickly teach him the ropes and he's busy ganking freighters within days

a guy wants to pile up isk beyond measure, well, that takes a little longer but we get him there

but nobody ever cares about making sure some nobody shitlord on eveo feel that he is an ~honourable individual~

I think no good stories are told about the war, because nobody likes the Goons or TEST, the dull mob in those alliances is just too overwhelming, if there are any cool characters, they are not heared, they are just overtuned by those others we all know very well

those alliances have a big PR problem in my opinion, they pretty much suck how they present themselves
