[WTB] BS/BLOPS/SB TOON

Looking to buy a PVP focused toon. Toon should be able to do the following:

-Fly Battleships
-Fly most ships between Frigate - BS. I want to have options
-Fly pirate Battleships
-Fly Black Ops
-Fly Stealth Bombers
-Ability to run PVE L4 Security is a big bonus since it will be the sole method of income for the toon

Basically, looking for a pilot to fly shinies in PVP. I want to be able to go from a Vindi/Mach to my Widow, without worrying about crappy skills.

While I appreciate there is a market for 'starter toons', I'd prefer more developed. When posting, please include your character sheet and buyout price. Don't feel like jumping to a bunch of forum threads or guessing your price. Also please plan on being around if you post since I'm looking for a sale soon. Thanks for your time :)
