Issues, Workarounds & Localization

Hello, after coming back from a 3 week holiday I noticed an jumping and docking lag, which did not happen before the vacation. While jumping I spend 20 seconds or more in the jumping animation and while docking I have to wait 20 seconds to switch to the inside of the station, after which I have to wait another 15 seconds for me to be able to do anything. During both fases of docking my chat is frozen. I have already tried restarting the game, computer and router, and I have updated my drivers. Other games run fine. I have an upload speed of about 0,85Mbps, download of 16 Mbps, and a ping of 25 ms to an server in london (location of EvE tranquility servers), done with speedtest.net.
