WTB nerf proof sub cap pilot, maybe caps too 20-30b

I want a character that can fly most sub caps well. The character should have excellent gunnery, decent missile skills and of course good engy/nav/mechanics/drones

Most t2 ships skills should be flyable

I wouldn't mind caps if the char meets the above reqs


I'm looking for something 60-90 mil SP with a 20-30b pricetag

perfect neuro boosters ( drugs )

He also has 3 clones with sets of HG Snakes, HG Crystals, HG Slaves each with 5% implants. (The HG Snake one has 6%'s), so there are over 6 bil isk in implants

lots of good agents available ( check the standings )

also a good NAGLFAR pilot for WH. It can use siege II and the capital projectile turret and currently training minmatar dread to level 4.
