API feature request: ability to see onlined cyno arrays

For example, in http://wiki.eveonline.com/en/wiki/EVE_API_Maps_Sovereignty API
That information is not secret, it can be viewed on Universe Map ingame, so why not to make it available through API?
It would be very useful for many 3rd party applications and sites, which allow creating jump routes for capitals.

The Winter Expansion is so great with all these new features, so please-please-please CCP make it a little bit more great Roll
