Bad corps are a universal experience in EVE. We’ve all been in a corp that started out looking great, and then fell apart because it expanded too quickly, because of some petty drama, or because the one guy who led all the fleets and did all the recruiting got bored and left.

So often the corps that are welcoming to people with little PvP experience bloat and then fail. The CEO gets excited by the prospect of having hundreds of members, the corp becomes a loose collection of people doing their own thing, and nobody pays any attention to the development of the individual.

We want to avoid that by growing slowly and cultivating a skilled core of members, even if some of them start with relatively little PvP experience. We believe that with the right corp structures, and more importantly with the right people, we can create an efficient lowsec war machine that can develop into a serious power in lowsec.

We are looking people to help us build a corp that:
-Is committed to lowsec small/medium gang FW PvP.
-Fights to win.
-Has extensive logistical support.
-Invests heavily in its members and their PvP skills, and gives them training in key areas.
-Has established doctrines for ease of shipping and reshipping.
-Is willing to accept people with limited PvP experience.
-Avoids politics and drama.
-Gives its members broad freedom to do what they want outside of corp sanctioned ops.
