1) You're not in an NPC corp which against CCP rules, this auction is not valid
2) It costs 2 plex to perform a transfer (estimated1 billion ISK) . Your are responsible for the transfer of the character you are selling

1. Just re read the rules, you are correct about the character being in an NPC corp, I will take care of this ASAP when I get off work.

2. I'm fully aware of this. As stated in the OP, I pay fees.
