I have a few questions that are probaly best asked here.

1. Low sec/ Null sec. Low in 4 to 1 and Null is 0 and below as I under stand it. From what I understand Null is a free for all but Lowsec just lacks security. If I attack someone that is not Flashy Red or a wartarget first than I will gain a hit to my security status. Is this correct? Also if I do so will I be Concorded upon trying to enter into highsec? What about docking in the stations that have security after such action? Please explain to me how this works so I know better how to counter any unforseen events.

2. Models that effect other ships, that if more than one are fittet tou your ship have a lesser effect as it is penilized. Say Target Painters. If 2 or more ships where to hit the same ship with said MODs will the ship take the full negative effect from each system or does the penelty for using more than one Mod still count even though the MODS are on differnt ships just effecting a single ship?

3. Nano, I have a skill that lets me use nano machines and have seen Nano paste that says used in repairing. I have seen various threads talking about nano's where nerfed and I get so much DPS with nano. How does one USE nano. I have looked in the market and found no mods that seem to require the skill I learned or even uses the charge Nano Paste. What is it about Nano that I am not understanding and how can the little robots aid me?

Attacking non flashies/war targets gives you want is called Global criminal count down. For the duration (15 minutes) you will get shot by station/gate guns etc. That's why it's best not to engage on gates unless you know you can tank the gate guns. Also It's best to safe up after destroying a target and waiting out your gcc.

As for stacking penalty - If I'm not mistaken it just checks for effects. not source - so regardless from where you get stacking penalty when applying multiple ewar mods to a ship. I could be wrong though.

Nano and Nanite are 2 different things. Nano ships use a nanofibre internal structure mod(s) to increase their agility and speed to kite targets, evade fire or to quickly close distance. Normally referred to as nanocanes etc.

Nanite paste is something different. When you use the thermodynamics skill to overheat your modules it deals damage to them. You can either repair the mods by docking and paying a repair bill or if you are in space you can use nanite paste to repair them. Nanite paste is useful if you are roaming in a area where you can't dock (like hostile null sec).

Hope this helps.

Very much so thank you. I will mess around with the paste when I am able to log into the game, and find out how it is applied.

Yes you will get a hit to sec status, if you initiate aggression in lowsec against a non-outlaw and you will get CONCORDED if you enter highsec with an active global criminal countdown. Sentry guns will also fire on you. I'm linking the wiki article about it for further study. I suggest this video for you too. It's old, but the advice is still solid and entertaining.

Using ewar from 2 different ships doesn't allow for you to circumvent the stacking penalty.

Nano usually refers to a time past when fitting nanofibers where an integral part in allowing ships to achieve ludicrous speeds. This was then nerfed and the attributes of the modules where changed, but the term stuck with the players. So nano is often just another way of saying, that you've fitted your ship for speed/your main tank is speed.

Nanopaste on the other hand refers to nanite repair paste, that allows you to repair damage to modules while in space. This is mainly used to repair the damage done when you overheat your own modules to get temporary boost to their performance. It has nothing to do with nano's.

Otherwise answered, but one point to note is that the paste is to be used AFTER you have damaged your guns / other active module.

The skill that helps you is THERMODYNAMICS, which lets you "overload" or "overheat" active modules. The gain from doing this is usually 20%.. and the usual time you can achieve this boost is about 60 to 120seconds, with complex rules on how that shakes out.

Copy that URL and paste to address bar. This forum engine changes "&" to "&" in the URLs.

For situations like this I like to use tinyurl.

Yes, you will get a security status hit if you attack non-flashy people in low-sec (plus the aforementioned Global Criminal Countdown). I don't know what happens when you enter high-sec with a GCC (might get CONCORDed) but other than that, you will have issues entering high-sec altogether when your security status get really low (depends on the system's security) – you won't face CONCORD though but you'll be attacked by the faction navy (from whom who can escape if you know what you're doing).
