I'm one of the guest speakers at EVE Vegas in October, and I got some ideas on what to talk about - but really could use some additional input, ideas and/or suggestions on what you would find interesting or want to hear me talk about.

Something that hopefully I can tie together with some nice slides - or just make a total fool of myself, either way might go Lol

If all goes ok I will bring parts of it for my talk at EVE Down Under in late November - if not I'll have to try and figure something else out.

Talk about how to properly utilise the strengths of capital ships.

Now, more than ever, we need a dislike button.

You are eve-famous.
Talking about yourself should be interesting enough for the audience.

I'd like to apologize for the poor quality of the post above and sincerely hope you didn't waste your time reading it. Yes, I do feel bad about it.

perhaps you should explain trust, and 3rd partys...

some people dont learn, Whoops, there goes my titan fund

alternatively I think a seminar on the molecular structure of veldspar to be fitting :)
interesting facts like how much m3 of veldspar the veldnaught has mined, and how many suicide ganks it has survived would be fitting :)

Talk about yourself .

It is more interesting to ''get to know'' a player everyone knows by name but only a handfull by life then to talk about a bunch of pixels. Add in some fun/weird stuff that happended along the road .Specially the fuckups you made , we all like it when people with more fame and cash make the same or worse mistakes as we do , both in rl and ingame .And top it off with some chats about your out of eve programms like evesearch etc.

In short keep it light and amusing so people don't get bored of a long lecture.Usually your forum remarks are amusing and to the point so i'd say keep following that path young padawan.

We are all born ignorant, but one must work hard to remain stupid.

Get pissed, tell them they are all nerds who should be spending their hard earned isk on birds, then puke up walking out saying "Chribba has left the building"

Stuff of legends mate.

p.s you could always do a Mittani as well.

I'm not going sadly. But I'd be curious to hear tech details about what powers EVE-Files and all the other services you run.

I won't be there to listen, but I think this here would be excellent topic for you to cover.

Please talk about the pressures of being an Eve celebrity....

How has it changed your life.

Do you ever fear for the safety of the Veldnought?

Given your e-fame have you experienced the "groupie" phenomenon yet? ( had anyone flown in. Things like that). Cool

On a more serious note, please start with a short history of how you got involved in the game, what keeps you here, the evolution of the Veldnaught, the tattoo etc. etc.

Of course talk about your upcoming plans ,if any, to use CREST.

Since you are the most trusted person in EVE. A game known through out gaming history as the most untrustworthy of games.

I feel you should cover trust, and in game morality.

Your opinions on it. Your outcomes you like to reach. Your style of playing that is different than so many others.

You don't get to be the most famous middle man in EVE history on accident.

Questions..

Where you ever tempted?

Have you ever double crossed anyone?

What was your biggest exchange?

Where do you see yourself in the future?

All you do is mine veldspar in a titian... WHY?!

Talk about yourself. I'm going to EVE Vegas and I'm looking forward to hearing what you have to say.

In addition to the above, also how much it costs you, how you justify it, how you monetize it (if you do), the challenges, etc. Basically "the Business of running Eve Third-Party Services."

Talk about humble beginnings. I enjoyed Hilmars talk at fanfest about mining in a Tristan to payoff an ingame debt. Many are probably curious how you went from mining veld to being a space tycoon (and still mining veld).
