Somebody high up at Sony plays, also the lead actor in the new Superman movie admitted in an interview he quit WoW for EVE. There are sure to be a few others.

Guy who played Superman in Man of Steel said he plays in an interview a little while ago. CCP linked it on their FB page.

I know of a few YouTube "Celebrities" that play, but they really don't count.
