Expired account login trouble

Just a question. I'm wanting to reactivate an account that is expired. To make along story short, I can't add time to that account because it won't let me log in because the account is expired. Even when it asked me to change the password, it still wouldn't let me log into it saying the account is expired.

Where are you trying to log in? The game?

I'm trying to log in to reactivate my expired account so I can add game time, which to my knowledge can only be done from the account management webpage.

Make sure your password is correct or you might need to email the support team and see if they cant reset your information over email so that you can log in.. Other than that, I dont personally think there is anything more you can do other than what i suggested because when your faced in this position the best solution is just try and reach out to CCP and work out what is going on with them.. Unless you have been hacked i dont think they would refuse to help you.

Hi Angela Spears

You can add gametime to an expired account using the Account Management Page.
There should be several options such as adding time using credit card, GTC, or even getting 4 hours reactivation to apply PLEX ingame.

What you cannot do on an expired account, is logging into the main website, EVE Gate, and the game client.

If you, for some reason, cannot log in to the page I linked, please create a petition in the 'Billing and Account' category

Guess I'll have to create a petition. I cannot log into that page to do anything. Just says I can't because my account is expired. It wasn't this hard to add game time to this account. It let me log right and do it.
