Looking to offload this char due recession :)

The char is pure combat skilled into minm pvp ships, has very good gunnery skills and support skills dont lack aswell. Is a very good Mach , Cynabal and Dramiel pilot. Started skilling him for Loki bonus giver so thats where I was leading him toward aswell.

The char has 1JC with +3's in npc 0.0 close to low sec. No kill rights and positive sec.
