Large part of the problem is that you lied about your past history. Being a scammer can be forgiven, but lying when trying to get a loan is not a smart idea. If you told us up front that you used to scam at jita and if you didn't try getting five diiferent loans in a span of 2 weeks we would be looking at it differently.

Asking for all kinds of loans one after another shows lack of a real plan and makes it look like a scam attempt. Given your history of being a scammer AND LYING ABOUT IT does not bode well for your loan prospects.

Osmon is 6 jumps out from Jita, yet I am currently 30 or so jumps away running incursions. The null sec collateral I can't move as I don't have a JF

Collateral not in jita looses about 30% of value in my book (cost/hassle/risk of moving it). Even more so in nullsec.

The CNR is worth 1 bil and the drake is worth 100m. Which means 1.1 bil.

keep in mind that we value rigs at 0, CNR at jita is 528 mil, drake 43 mil... I'd say 700 mil is very generous... (mods I wouldn't even bother with)

Exactly. 700mil is generous + you get it back after you repay the loan.
