Someone who is not you. You pay isk for the plex, not cash, and as such makes it free for you. What the other guy paid is not your concern.

Very unlikely. They would need to make a cash store. The chances of success is too uncertain give the vocal community and their mostly unified stance against F2P model. They could probably force one on us with incentives but it would be a big risk.

Its an interesting debate but not one I think CCP wants at this point. Give it a few years and this topic is likely to return if CCP deems it a valuable risk.

God I hope not. I can say without a shadow of a doubt that if Eve went F2P they would never see another kroner from me, and if anything that wasn't purely cosmetic was being sold in the store (ie, ships, resources, isk, skill points) I would quit. I have no desire to buy frilly panties for my barbie or buy my assets with real money.
