Does anyone know if he spawn in all 0.0 regions e.g. Malpais or are they limited to other regions and -.8 and below.

I know it's luck but can't seem to find any info if you have a chance.

i have only ever seen or hear of one spawning in Hb- in Cobalt edge.

Faction and officer rats no longer reset spawn after downtime. You have to grind belts to get them.

I know of two that were killed in The Kalevala Expanse. I couldn't tell you the system or sec status though as Its been quite a while, prolly 6 months at least since the last one went down.
