PWNEE is based nowhere in particular, has no loyalty to anything except itself and has only the requirements of not screwing over each other, generally following along with roleplay and PF, and having a self-deprecating Cutie Name in spirit of My Little Ponies... except there is no love in EVE. Only death and bleakness.
