So what are we looking for specifically in pilots, you ask?

We are looking for one or multiple of the following things:

1. The ability to fly a mining barge or exhumer.
2. The ability to fly a freighter.
3. Experience in PvP combat.
4. Access to level 2-4 Ammatar Missions.
5. The ability to find ridiculous posts on the internet during mining operations.
6. The ability to bust some absolutely sick dance moves.
7. The ability to build internet spaceships with ease.
