Goodday fellow Capsuleers and people watching these broadcasts.

Today, at roughly 19:15 hours a patrol through the Black Rise region begun and it ended at around 21:45 hours. This patrol was performed by a full squad of capsuleer piloted ships.

The patrol was performed under my command and the purpose was to perform a reconnaissance of the region and enforce the law on any capsuleer who got a Criminal, Suspect or outlaw status.

During the patrol, several engagements took place. Allthough the law was enforced on several capsuleer piloted ships, losses were also sustained. The wrecks have been checked for survivors, which have been relocated to a more secure location. The wounded are receiving medical treatment and all have been offered additional trauma treatment if they wish it.
As for the crew of the capsuleer ships we engaged, they will be handed over to the State custody, once their injuries and potential trauma has been treated.

During the patrol there were 4 engagements following shipclasses have been destroyed:

  • A Flycatcher interdictor was engaged and destroyed and a Rifter frigate was lossed in the Kedama system;

  • A Talwar and Trasher destroyer, along with a Wolf assault ship were engaged and destroyed in the Hirri system in two seperate encounters in which a Crucifier frigate was lossed in the encounter with the Talwar;

  • A Vexor class cruiser was engaged and destroyed in the Nourvukaiken system;

  • A Nemesis stealth bomber was lost by a capsuleer who was enroute to change into a patrol ship and join the patrol. As the capsuleer was not part of the patrol when the Nemesis was lost, we do not consider this loss to be part of the patrol. However we do include it in the report, to keep it accurate.

We have not found any trace or hints yet regarding the whereabout of mister Heth. Additional patrols will be performed with the goal to find and capture mister Heth. Upon capture he will be handed over to the Caldari State. During these additional patrols, further engagements with capsuleer piloted ships are expected.

The additional patrols are currently being reviewed and prepared.

Welcome to the party. Whilst I welcome forces friendly to the State moving through the region, I ask that you not enter any State Protectorate military complexes, as you are not authorised to do so and most State Protectorate aligned forces view that as an act of agression.

For the first time since I started the conversation, he looks me dead in the eye. In his gaze are steel jackhammers, quiet vengeance, a hundred thousand orbital bombs frozen in still life.

Mister Tuulinen,

Thank you for the information and explenation.

Entering military complexes and/or participating in the factional warfare is not an objective for these patrols. Should there be sufficient cause to believe that an outlawed capsuleer is within a military complex, we will consider entering it to enforce the consequences of being outlawed. However that is strictly related to the outlaw status.

I am certain the capsuleers who joined the patrol are willing to testify on this

But back to the matters at hand. Enforcement on capsuleers is a secondary objective of these patrols . The primary objective is and will remain to be the capture of Tibus Heth and see him safely and in good health handed over to State custody.

I am certain of your good intentions - I would hate to see such a commendable initiative end with you falling under the guns of the very people you're here to help, though.

I advise you to contact our diplomat, Veikitamo Gesakaarin, to get yourself set blue to us so that there are no unfortunate incidents.

For the first time since I started the conversation, he looks me dead in the eye. In his gaze are steel jackhammers, quiet vengeance, a hundred thousand orbital bombs frozen in still life.

They fight for CONCORD, Pieter, not the State. There are many upstanding members of the State Protectorate that are good soldiers, but persue their duties even when it contradicts the laws of CONCORD and so are labeled 'outlaws'. You might have some common goals, but don't trust them to honor your values over those of an entity that doesn't care for the State as you do.

A interesting remark, miss Polevhia.

As stated, the primary goal is to capture mister Heth alive and to see him turned over into State custody alive and well. I fail to see how this is not in the interest of the state and only in the interest of CONCORD. Especially when CONCORD has promised to use their intelligence network to assist the Caldari State in capturing Tibus Heth.

A secondary objective is to enforce the law upon capsuleers with a suspect, criminal or outlaw status. This too serves the state as they need to worry a little bit less about capsuleers doing what they damn well please without any consequences. I'm certain that there are plenty of State pilots who will agree that there are limits on how far you can go.

Mister Tuulinen,

As there is probably going to be a group of pilots with all kinds of backgrounds, just getting myself a positive standing would hardly seem sufficient. However, I shall keep you are your diplomat informed when the next patrol is going to be and who will be participating.

It’s not among DUPO’s practices to give Intel for free, but still…

…the Placid region, inside the Gallente Federation, and more notably the low security areas surrounding Intaki, and Intaki included, has been home for many criminals and former terrorists from all four “empires”.

We testified, during our economic exploration in that area, the presence of many Caldari dissidents working with the Gallente militia before, as well as many Gallente dissidents, including Intaki secessionists, working together with terrorist bands and criminals towards Caldari State destabilization after it auctioned exploration rights in Intaki.

If you are so determined on finding Heth, perhaps you shouldn’t focus that much in Black Rise. I’d start by Intaki Prime if I were you.

Ms. Vendetta,

Current information suggests Heth is in hiding in the Black Rise as denoted in the article on Gal Net.

Quote:
The last known location of the escaped ships was Kedama, leading officials to believe Heth is hiding somewhere in the largely unpopulated and isolated communities of Black Rise.

Source

The article was posted as of 11.07.2013, and things very well be different now a month later. However there has been no information since then on Heth's wearabouts.

Mister Friggson, you can expect a email from me within the next couple of days. Thank you for your offered support.

As for the patrols: a second and third patrol have been concluded. During both patrols, the primary objective of that patrol was achieved.

During the 2nd patrol, after completing the primary objective, we encountered a Thorax and Caracal class cruiser who had a outlaw and suspect tag. As this happend at a stargate and we did not know how they pilots would respond, the Thorax managed to get away. The Caracal jumped into the next system where we succesfully prevented it to warp away and we engaged. Shortly after engaging a previously neutral Thorax engaged our fleet. We managed to destroy this Thorax, but more reinforcements arrived. An additional Thorax class cruiser was heavily crippled but at this time most of the ships of our patrol were destroyed.
The losses during this patrol include an Inquisitor class frigate, 2 Navitas class frigates, a Burst class frigate and it is believed that an additional 3 Punisher class frigates were destroyed. This resulted in 7 out of 9 frigate class ships to have been destroyed and it was decided to end the patrol as the primary objective was completed. All hands on the destroyed ships have been classified as missing in action, as we are unable to confirm either their death or current whereabouts

The 3rd patrol was rather uneventfull. While returning from the patrol, we encountered a cyno field at the gate where we planned to travel through. As we saw many pilots in the local tracking system with a suspect tag we prepared for the worst. Taking an alternative exit would take to much time for most pilots so it was decided to run the gauntled and try to pass the expected blockade. All crew were instructed to evacuate the ships and a pick up was arranged to prevent unneeded loss of life. While trying to pass the blockade it is believed that a Vexor class cruiser and 2 Stabber class cruisers were destroyed. It is unkown if destroyers and frigates who were part of the patrol where also destroyed.

If I were a more experienced Capsuleer, I'd probably join in seeing as at least a few of my fellow corporation members are Caldari. But I'm not so unfortunately, I wouldn't be of any use in assisting with taking Heth down. Unlike most of my fellow Gallente, I have a respect for the Caldari. Heth caused a lot of problems for both the Federation and the State, and hopefully he'll be brought to justice for all the trouble he's caused.

Mister Etolle,

I can assure you that there is a good place for you in these patrols. And if you keep considering yourself as not experienced enough, you will never take the opportunities to gain that experience.

Should you wish it, you are welcome to participate in the next patrol.

I would try systems near hykanima or nearer to the non security systems. They are remote and only one way to get there and thats through Kejari. If I were an outlaw thats where i would hide. :::transmission ended::::
