I posted on the forum thread to get activated two days ago now and finally got supposedly activated to day on both of my accounts but I still can not login on either on the test server.

PLEASE HELP ME

Exactly, its ******** the guy said he activated my accounts hours ago but to no avail

Sera Nerospa: Your character was transferred to a different account, as far as I can see. On Sisi character transfers need a new mirror. I don't have any ETA for the next mirror.

Wheapon: It seems like you are using a wrong password. Try your previous passwords. You can send me an EVE-mail with a new password if you want me to change the password on Sisi.

That doesn't explain my other account not working either. Also why wouldn't it?
