Not sure if OP is trolling or in actual need of biomass.

CCP Falcon:  This thread is terrible.

There is literally not enough WTF to cover this idea....

Since the cessation of their usefulness is imminent, may I appropriate your belongings?

I think it would be refreshing to introduce a game mechanic to Eve that doesn't involve combat. Idea

How about a game where you could ask an NPC quest giver out on a date? Blink

At the end of the date, the NPC could offer a mission to the player. The mission experience would vary depending on what options the player selected during that date.

For example, if the player gave the NPC a bad time, the NPC could put a bounty on the player's head to encourage other players to kill them. Alternatively, the NPC might offer the player a seemingly simple mission that ends with the player getting assassinated.

If the player did well, they could receive a gift of clothing. Or maybe their standings with a faction improve?

I can only picture those Japanese dating sims that or just essentially text games with pictures and moral choices. Somehow.

How about we all had to get JOBS on the station too? I could be a cocktail waitress. I always wanted to be a cocktail waitress.

Support Eve's own built-in Battle-Recorder!

Would it be like GTA 4`s dating system? I want to take my research agent for a burger in low-sec dressed in bright pink tuxedo.

I can understand why people might want to troll this idea:

Combat provides gratification and a feeling of danger etc.

However, non-combat experiences could be equally as engaging - it all depends on how it's done.

I think Eve should aim to be a comprehensive pod-pilot experience, and not just focus on combat.

There are 26 years worth of skills, but I don't think that combat alone can keep someone's interest for 13 years, let alone 26.
