Also, moons owned by Baki Yuku don't go into alliance wallet as well.

TEST is immensely rich and has no issue using expensive but effective doctrines like SLLOWWWWWCAATTTTSSS.

There was a patch June 4th that changed some things, but TEST's financial planning has always been terrible.
