PRO TIP: If you haven't already bought an Eos, tough luck brah. They've sold out in every region I visited besides Placid, where they're selling in lowsec stations. Your command ships are going to get much more valuable.

how to fix eve: 1) remove ECM 2) rename dampeners to ECM 3) add new anti-drone ewar for caldari 4) give offgrid boosters ongrid combat value
