I am requesting a 90 bil loan for 3 months @ 2%/mo... collateral will be in the form of a Guardian-Vexor and 200 Armageddons in Jita 4-4 which will be held by a 3rd party (Chribba).

What's even the value of a Guardian Vexor? This could be massively over-collateralised.

What happens if Zahara would stop paying the interest and refuse to give back the 90B? Chribba could sell on the Guardian Vexor for probably way more than 90B. What would be the procedure for that situation?

1. Chribba sells the GVex and gives the investor 90B and keeps rest for himself?
2. Chribba sells the GVex and gives the investor 90B and Zahara the balance?
3. Chribba keeps the Guardian Vexor and pays out 90B from his own pocket?

Probably worth knowing.

I just bought the last GV for 85 bil off of the forums... which is why I rquire this loan. I need a little time to liquidate some of the 750 bil plus in assets I currently possess. 3 months is probably more than enough time to do so. The only way I don't pay back this loan is if I get hit by a bus, etc. I had someone else kind enough to temporarily step in for a week, but they are holding my Adrestia. I've been searching for a GV for several months and couldn't let this one pass.

How do you know the OP didn't overpay for the ship? I don't claim great familiarity with the prices of these things, but a quick search showed only significantly lower price points within the past year (e.g., 65 billion on 2013-01-10, 60 billion on 2012-08-19, and 50 billion on 2012-08-07), albeit an upward trend.

The sale thread took more than three months to sell the ship, assuming Jane Salva and Zahara Cody are not in cahoots, and the sale was indeed legitimate. Such auctions may be especially sensitive to gaming.

Not completing the sale as shown in that thread and securing a public loan against a bogus inflated price could be part of a dishonest effort to increase the perceived value of the ship. I have no specific reason to mistrust the OP, I'm just sayin'. And, of course, such schemes are an important part of the New Eden economy, so more power to the OP either way.

Chribba knows his stuff and I'm sure he would undervalue the GV to protect against the potential for scamming or the collateral falling short of the loan value. As stated in your previous thread - I'm on board for about 20bil.

I will fill all 90b of this following confirmation from Chribba that he has received collateral he values at 90b. What the collateral is is a matter for Chribba, in the case of default Chribba pays the 90b + interest so he has to arrange collateral he values based around that risk.

I have yet not accepted the collateral, 1x GV+ 200x Armageddon but will do so soon (will post when I do).

The following two investors has been listed as participants:
Tonsof Gun - 20 bil
X ATM092 - 70 bil

Don't send ISK to Zahara until I confirm having the collateral though.

I value the collateral to cover the 90b requested. In the case of Zahara not paying out, I will use the collateral to cover your investments+interest you should receive, as for anything above or under that it's a matter of then to decide how it's handeled but it will cover your investments+interest np (even if I would have to pay for it myself for some reason).

Will post as soon as I have the collateral in my possession.
