No mistake, you don't exist on the Singularity server at all, the reason being your account is too new. Tranquility and Singularity have separate account databases, the Tranquility database is copied over to Singularity every so often. You missed the last mirror, therefore you don't exist on the Singularity server.


Also, you might not want to post your login ID, Having a separate login ID from your Char name is an added security benefit that you simply just threw away, Now all someone needs to do is guess your PW.
