5 bil max budget (MIGHT stretch to 5.5bil, if something really awesome is offered) for the best level 4 runner I can get. Not looking for a Tengu pilot, but Caldari BS are more than welcome. Surprise me!

It has a nice start, but it just isnt what I am looking for. I am looking for something with better core skills and T2 weaponry. I am not really looking for something that I will need to train up, as I dont have an account that doesnt already have someone training on it.

Access to level 4 and 5 agents.

Runs level 4 and 5's solo. 4's very easily (these are farmed). Pure shield tank with Rattlesnake, and CNR , also uses Noctis for salvaging.

Well, I was looking to spend between 5 and 5.5bil, and I like the character, so I will give you 5.5 for it. Can transfer cash right now.

Edit: Currently no deal has been made with the above seller. Still entertaining other offers.

-Implants: Low grade crystal alpha,beta,gamma,delta +Large projectile turret 1005+Lancer Gunnery 905 +Social adaptation std

-Great PVE isk earner Security connections at 5 and with proper ship 50-100m per hour income.

-Also can mine in a Retriever

-can salvage in Noctis pretty well(56km)
