Capsuleer Profit Sharing Enterprises are soon to be considering selling shares, with Bi-monthly pay outs...


However I have an idea of how I want this to work, but what I need to know is can it work? or are shares Broken?!

I can post reported profit and expenses, along with known assets and asset aquirement and short and long term goals, is there anything I need to be aware about if I am going to sell some shares? Or is it completely different to RL?

Best way from me :

Make 2 corps

First corp runs the business.

Second corp is a shell corp for the purpose of dividends.

take ALL the shares from the first corp into your private wallet. <- important.

in the second corp keep >50% of the shares in corp wallet. Only you are in this corperation, never ever anyone else.

Buy 1 of the shares for the second corp and keep it on your main, preferably one on each and every character you have. This is just to inform you of any fuckups that shouldn't happen, but this is eve. May help you catch a share vote before its to late.

For dividends just send isk to the shell corp and dividend it repeatedly untill its all gone.
