knowing if an API is full?

Is there a way to know if someone has not included their full API key? I mean if you put in an API and it shows 3 characters you know they included everyone and if it returns all the info it should (combat log, assets, journal bla bla bla). But what if it only returns 2 characters but checks out otherwise? any way to tell if they just didnt include the third character or if they only have 2 on the account?

Checking and account using evemon will tell you when you add it if its a full (account) api or not

Quoting "you will die" in EvE is fail Chars dont die in EvE. Unless you have a heart attack eek.
